Through our Property Flip Initiative, we will purchase distressed properties that have viable returns on investments. These properties will be located in markets that are likely to yield high returns on investment.

There are many properties that have good CAP rates, which we aim to add to our portfolio and offer as prime opportunities for our members. 

Through our Re-Gentrify Initiative, we are looking to purchase investment property in markets that are ripe for gentrification and purchase them for long-term investment opportunities.

Additionally, we aim to re-sell these offerings to members of 40 Acres and Beyond.  We are looking at markets in cities such as Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Baltimore.
