Through our Re-Gentrify Initiative, we are looking to purchase investment property in markets that are ripe for gentrification and purchase them for long-term investment opportunities.
Additionally, we aim to re-sell these offerings to members of 40 Acres and Beyond. We are looking at markets in cities such as Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Baltimore.
